I strive to stay strong, but that doesn’t mean I shouldn’t keep my feet on the ground and be aware of reality.
The strength, the energy to develop it, in fact, is generated by the thought of fragility and not by those of power, since it is on this fragility that more stable paths and more concrete objectives can be built, albeit close together over time.
Strength without fragility is the display of a container without content.
You reach the bottom of your tiredness and then you get back up, you set achievable goals, you try to give more and more meaning to little things.
The tiredness does not go away because the pain is no longer only bodily but internal, but one is still able to offer something of oneself in truth and not in the sweetened lie of fiction.
We are all heroes in our lives or at least we could, but to be fully so we must be credible, therefore authentic, for better or for worse, in courage as in frailty.
Looking up with pride, I continue my journey in the time that is given to me trying to sow flowers of beauty, even though some have hard thorns.
Courage.

Mi sforzo di restare forte, ma questo non significa che io non debba tenere i piedi per terra ed essere consapevole della realtà.
La forza, l’energia per svilupparla, difatti, si genera dal pensiero della fragilità e non su quelli del potere, poiché è su questa fragilità che si possono costruire sentieri più stabilli e obiettivi più concreti sebbene ravvicinati nel tempo.
La forza, senza la fragilità, è esposizione di un contenitore senza contenuto.
Si tocca il fondo della propria stanchezza e poi ci si rialza, ci si propone mete raggiungibili, si cerca di dare ancora e sempre più significato alle piccole cose.
La stanchezza non passa poiché il dolore ormai non è più solo corporeo ma interiore, però si è ancora capaci di offrire qualcosa di sé nella verità e non nella menzogna edulcorata della finzione.
Siamo tutti eroi nella nostra vita o almeno potremmo, ma per esserlo pienamente dobbiamo essere credibili, quindi autentici, nel bene e nel male, nel coraggio come nella gracilità.
In alto lo sguardo fiero, proseguo il mio percorso nel tempo che mi è daro cercando di seminare fiori di bellezza, sebbene alcuni abbiano dure spine.
