There are shadows in the heart that cannot be erased. They are like incandescent blades that return to pierce your being without seemingly causing any pain as they dig through your soul to depths you never knew they possessed.
And yet, although disarming, your life’s task is not to erase these shadows, but rather to understand them, bring them to light, not hide them, give them the meaning of an opposite that you can conquer and leave as a legacy of your belief and your loyalty to life. In fact, life does not betray and must not be betrayed, it is people who do it and they are recognizable.
You, with your heart-burning shadows, must learn that you are not in that shadow, but in the light that is generated around it, you are in the space that outlines the border of the shadows and their limit and that does not empty your suffering makes sense because, indeed, it enlivens it and gives it voice and breath.
Your task is not in the darkness of the shadow that assails you, but in the light that highlights its forms.

Ci sono ombre nel cuore che non possono essere cancellate. Esse sono come lame incandescenti che tornano a perforare il tuo essere senza, apparentemente, provocare alcun dolore mentre scavano per attraversare la tua anima in profondità che non sospettavi di possedere.
Eppure, sebbene disarmante, non è cancellare tali ombre il compito della tua vita, quanto quello di comprenderle, portarle alla luce, non nasconderle, dare loro il significato di un opposto da poter conquistare e lasciare come eredità del tuo credo e della tua lealtà alla vita. La vita, infatti, non tradisce e non deve essere tradita, sono le persone a farlo e queste sono riconoscibili.
Tu, con le tue ombre che scottano il cuore, devi imparare che non sei in quell’ombra, ma nella luce che attorna ad essa si genera, tu sei nello spazio che delinea il confine delle ombre e il loro limite e che non svuota di senso il tuo soffrire poiché, anzi, lo vivifica e gli dà voce e respiro.
Il tuo compito non è nell’oscurità dell’ombra che ti assale, ma nella luce che ne evidenzia le forme.
