I just wish I could be love, what else matters in life but this? I’ve always thought that and now that cancer changes my relationships or rather the time of my relationships, I think it even more. There is no need to run out of energy and waste it to chase dreams of power and superiority, it is enough to have in the heart the kind vision of the accomplished good that can be given and received passionately. Only love counts, only love welcomes, only love consoles.

Vorrei solo poter essere amore, che altro conta nella vita se non questo? L’ho sempre pensato e ora che il cancro modifica le mie relazioni o, meglio, il tempo delle mie relazioni, lo penso ancora di più. Non serve esaurire le energie e sprecarle per inseguire sogni di potere e superiorità, basta avere nel cuore la visione gentile del bene compiuto che si può donare e ricevere appassionatamente. Solo amore conta, solo amore accoglie, solo amore consola.
