I realize that I have entered a very delicate phase of my life, the one in which we begin to draw conclusions, or, at least, to rethink many things looking for the coherence of our own life. In this task, photographs help a lot and often bring a smile. It does not matter to be filmed as “beautiful posing in a successful photo”, what matters is to capture that moment (thanks to her husband and dad for being able to do so) that imprints the photo of indelible memory. Thus, a mother tells about her by inventing fairy tales for her children and lets them take turns to decide the ending according to their imagination. The result is not always pleasant (there are always fantastic enemy animals that splash on the ground while the prince rushes to catch the princess who falls into a cliff from which she will be saved, of course, thanks to the powerful strength of her arms, leaving with an inch of his nose the incredulous prince), but the joy and fun of composing a new story together is invaluable.

Mi accorgo di essere entrata in una fase molto delicata della mia vita, quella in cui si cominciano a tirare le somme, o, almeno, a ripensare a tante cose cercando la coerenza del proprio vivere. In questo compito le fotografie aiutano molto e spesso strappano un sorriso. Non importa essere ripresi come “belli in posa in una foto ben riuscita”, ciò che conta è cogliere quell’attimo (grazie al marito e papà per esseci riuscito) che imprime la foto di memoria indelebile. Così, una madre racconta inventandole fiabe ai suoi bambini e lascia che a turno ne decidano il finale secondo la loro fantasia. Non sempre il risultato è gradevole (ci sono sempre animali fantastici nemici che si spiaccicano al suolo mentre il principe accorre per prendere al volo la principessa che precipita in un dirupo dal quale si salverà, ovviamente, grazie alla potente forza delle sue braccia, lasciando con un palmo di naso il principe incredulo), ma la gioia e il divertimento del comporre insieme una storia ogni volta nuova è inappagabile.
