Those who love school never leave it, even when they no longer attend it, not in the usual way, at least. School is not a place, but it is THE place. It is not a seat, but the seat where people of different ages and backgrounds meet to create, if they want to make a bet with their life and with the depth and truth of their professionalism, a project of serious and diversified humanity, diversified and for this serious. We live in an age of uncertainties and doubts that we should try to resolve in resources rather than in waste and defeats. Errors are not only possible, but admitted, indeed sought, so that each one in the awareness of his own ignorance and incompleteness can seek in the other and together with the other the charge and value to be given to the present time. Formation and education are not terms without meaning and history, but their true history is rewritten every day together, since nothing is and must be the same as the previous one. Every negative moment becomes a question to look for an answer that is not prefabricated, an answer that is not already packaged somewhere, since it is the question that that specific moment poses to us and nothing and no one can have already answered you. Therefore, we must arm ourselves with courage and desire for exploration, fidelity and loyalty to people, dreams but also doubts, uncertainties but also passion, since this is the moment for boys to make discoveries and boys must never betray them.

Chi ama la scuola non la abbandona mai, neanche quando non la frequenta più, non nella maniera consueta, almeno. La scuola non è un luogo, ma è IL luogo. Non è una sede, ma La sede in cui persone di età e formazione diversa si incontrano per realizzare, se vogliono fare una scommessa con la propria vita e con la profondità e verità della propria professionalità, un progetto di umanità seria e diversificata, diversificata e per questo seria. Viviamo un’epoca di incertezze e di dubbi che dovremmo provare a risolvere in risorse più che in scarti e sconfitte. Ogni momento negativo diviene una domanda cui cercare una risposta non prefabbricata, una risposta che non si trova già confezionata da qualche parte, poiché è la domanda che quell’istante specifico ci pone e nulla e nessuno può avervi già risposto. Bisogna, allora, armarsi di coraggio e desiderio di esplorazione, fedeltà e lealtà alle persone, sogni ma anche dubbi, incertezze ma anche passione, poiché per i ragazzi è questo il momento di fare scoperte e i ragazzi non bisogna tradirli mai.
